Chepstow hot spring
We’ve recently visited the chepstow hot spring show room to which we received excellent customer service and even a offer to test out the hot tubs avalible to get a better idea of what you would like! We had hardly any wait at all with the arrival of our hot tub and very professional people who delivered and fitted it for us! Thanks to Laura and John they helped us to make the best decision on what hot tub to get. Lara and John provided excellent and professional service through out ordering and even after recieving our hot spring spa! I would highly recommend Chepstow Hot Spring spa company to everyone!

Best decision ever!
I thought about getting a hot tub for a solid 10 years but it was never the right time, never seemed realistic, never seemed reasonable, never seemed possible- the list goes on. What I never actually did was my research. In just a few short days of comparing brands and models, this was a very easy decision. I can’t believe I waited this long. Truly the best decision ever. We are in the tub nightly. Beyond easy to run and maintain. Your body and mind will thank you! Love My New Tub
This was a replacement hot tub for me. Im so happy with my purchase. I added the ace salt system to my new tub what a nice feature.We use it 3-4 days a week sometimes more!!Excellent quality and workmanship.Very satisfied with my purchase!!!
