This is my third spa in 30 years. However, there were several years gap between my last spa to my new Bullfrog Tub. I couldn’t be happier! Carefrees staff was helpful and provided great support. The install crew arrived right on time. The install was fast and easy. When they left, I was already filling the tub. That took 5 long hours and was the worst part! 😉 My electrician arrived at noon to connect the power. I enjoyed my new spa the same night! Carefrees staff was friendly and went out of their way to make me happy. They know their business and their support is 2nd to none. I highlyrecommend them!

I tried out the endless pool system with Kevin the salesman and it is an awesome pool. I need therapy because I have had a double hip replacement and this thing is the bomb. It has a treadmill in it where you can set it to go as fast or as slow as you like, and in the water, you can do more than you actually can outside of the water. Then there is another setting that you can set and you can swim against the current. This Spa is the best one of for therapy all the way around. There are so many different ways you can use the spa for exercise or therapy I would definitely recommend this and Kevin as the salesman to go through. He listens to you and he knows exactly what you need!

I have owned / maintained several tubs in my lifetime, and this is the BEST hot tub I have ever used / maintained / owned! Excellent quality construction, easy to set up, easy to use. The jets are placed at just the right spot. Everything was thought out from an engineering standpoint as well as from an end-user standpoint. With other spas that I have owned, it seemed that the manufacturers were pulling bits and pieces and parts from other manufacturers and then piecing it all together. Not so with the Hot Spring Envoy! We have been having a lot of fun playing with the remote controller, adjusting the lighting for whatever mood is striking us at the moment. It is also a beautiful addition to our home. Prior to getting our spas, we would drive for an hour to go to a local hot spring in Ojo Caliente NM and spend some time enjoying that setting. Was getting a bit expensive when we were going on a regular basis. Now we just step out the back door, and Voila! Therapeutically, I couldn’t ask for a better spa. I personally like a quite soak for a bit first thing in the morning, watching the sunrise, then run the jets for a bit, then finish with a quiet soak. What a wonderful way to start the day. It is something that I can say I did for myself every day. After that, nothing else matters. It is also a great time to spend with others, with the teenagers being forced to give up their cell phones for a few minutes, and we actually get to TALK to each other. Thank You, Hot Springs!
